Gabriel has been in the real estate industry for over 20 years, with experience across real estate sales, property management, construction, and mortgage lending. His deep understanding of the industry — from both sides of the transaction — gives his clients a distinct advantage in every deal.

His first experience in real estate started as a young teenager working alongside his father in construction, renovating residential properties.

In 2004, Gabriel joined a leading title company on Long Island, which opened up a whole new world in real estate that he did not know. His unique customer service background and the ability to connect with people allowed him to grow within the company, from hiring and managing staff to ultimately becoming a Vice President.

While in the title industry, he obtained a Real Estate Salesperson license to expand his knowledge. As time went on, he realized he had a passion to help people achieve their goals in homeownership.

Gabriel founded One Residence Realty with a clear mission: to provide a boutique, client-first experience that the big brokerages simply cannot match. He is known for his honesty, his hustle, and his genuine commitment to help people.
